The result are follows. First, the result of analysis shows that the Barthel Index is the powerful index composed of one factor and all of the variables explain ADL very well. However, the goodness of fit is low and the multicollinearity among independent variables are high. Therefore, the 10 questions of this model are lacking in its assessment function. Second, we find out the limitations of the index which is composed of 10 questions can not classify the difference of the surveyed.
